Shipping & Delivery
  Shipping method:EMS,USPS,TNT,DHL,FEDEX.
  Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, it will take 4-6 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it will take 7-12 days to get your merchandise. But some time maybe longer due to airport, holiday...
New products should arrive your hands in the following  timeframe.
    10-14 days shoes except custom size/design shoes.
    20 days for wedding dress.
    30 days for all other products.

Return: customers need pay for the shipping cost in returning back.
Refund: We accept full refund but return items first, and partly refund for some customers [contact first].
Exchange: We can exchange for customers, customer need pay for the shipping cost in returning back.
Cancellation:  If we haven't shipped your orders, contact us as soon as possible. we will issue full refund in 48hours.

Exchange and Return Period
  If the products don't fit. We can offer free exchange for you. But you need pay the shipping cost for returning. Once we receive your returning we will send you another pair. If you do not satisfy with the shoes please contact us after sales.We will try our best to resolve your problem.
Exchange or return your item please contact us in 7 days since received your items.  We will send a new one or issue the refund in 48hours since received your returning.

Non-returnable items
Some items are not able to be returned, including:
    Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
    Pre-paid cards such as music, photo, video, or phone cards
    Digital content (e.g. music downloads from Napster)
    Pitch In™ Card contributions
    Consumable items such as food, drink and batteries
    Items that are used or damaged or abused
    Etched or otherwise personalized items
    Opened computer software, movies, music and video games can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund

Restocking fee
A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories, unless you are a Reward Zone Program Premier Silver member, the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee charges are:
    25% for Special Order Products, including appliances,custom size items.
    15% for opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS navigation and in-car video systems.
    10% for Apple® iPhones, shoes.

Viewing Orders
    You can view your order history. Any question you can contact us after order.
Updating Account Information
    You can edit your account information and you should keep your information correct. So you will not miss your delivery.
